Workshop on 3D Printing at FabLab Madrid CEU

On April, 24th, a group of CEU Sanchinarro School atended to a Workshop on 3D Printing technologies at FabLab Madrid CEU thanks to the project CEU Investiga.
The students worked in the fabrication of a chess set for children with visual disabilities. They learned how to 3D model the pieces in a computer-aided design software and how to generate the files that allowed them to fabricate the pieces with 3D printing technologies. The chess set will be part of the 3D printer items that will be sent to the orphanage St. Helene in Haiti this summer, thanks to the cooperation with the ONG NPH.
